Francesco Cuomo conteporary artist has painded five conteporary painting for the MedFil Festival

 

Thi conteporary  artwork that I created is intitled " The Monkey ". It represents the metaphor of freedom and the human evolution, realised thanks to the fusion of different races and colours. Indeed colours and love are fundamental elements of all of my conteporary artworks, because colour is joy of life, positivity, creativity, future and therefore love for life and humanity. Mixed colours have never expressed something negative: so in my work I tried to summarize one of the oldest dreams, identified as a monkey with human features, through the explosion of colours and shades that symbolize the union of all the people that walk almost dancing towards a world made of respects and love.

Award creaitivity and innovation to Francesco Cuomo conreporary artist 

2009 was proclamated by the Europan commision as the "European year of creaitivity and innovation" with the decision n.1350/2008/ce of the european parlament-medfilm festival 2009-with the high patronage of the republic italian presidence- and in cooperation with the representation in Italy of the European commision. This edition of the festival was presented with a Francesco Cuomo's work entitled "The Monkey". The young and versatile artist was also given a reward for his creativity and innovation
